We got to Denton, TX about an hour early for load in, so we got some coffee and met up with Chris' dad, with whom we are staying for two nights at his house in Dallas, and who also happens to be a great guitar player, so he sat in on a guitar solo with Chris during our set (which was really amazing to see). In an instance of perfect timing, it started pouring rain right when it was time for us to load our gear out, so we got a little wet. After that, however, we drove a bit to by far the nicest house we have stayed at on tour and proceeded to eat approximately 6 pounds of snack food before retiring into a food coma for the night (on an insanely comfortable air mattress, I might add).
